How do you turn data into decisions that drive smarter strategies and maximize ROI? That’s the challenge I tackle every day as a leader in Analytics. My goal is to equip stakeholders with the tools and insights they need to make critical business decisions.
My career began as a programmer, where I developed a strong technical foundation in tracking user behavior from click to conversion. That expertise led me to the fast-paced marketing agency world, where I gained hands-on experience managing paid search, display, and social campaigns for a variety of clients. Over time, this evolved into a career in analytics and leadership, where I help organizations grow revenue, reduce costs, and improve retention through data-driven strategies.
At Angi, I advanced from Senior Business Analyst to Director of Analytics, leading a team of business analysts. I collaborated closely with marketing VPs, Category Managers, and the C-suite to hit financial targets, streamline reporting, and provide data analysis for marketing channels that generated over $500 million in revenue.
Now at ClickUp, I lead a team of data analysts who provide reporting, analysis, and strategic guidance to marketers, helping them maximize the ROI of $60M+ in annual marketing investments. We build scalable analytics frameworks, develop advanced attribution models, design A/B and incrementality testing frameworks, and empower teams across the Growth Organization—including Acquisition, Email, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing. While our primary focus is marketing, we also collaborate with Growth Product and Product Analytics to align insights across the organization.
My focus is on solving complex problems with data, enabling teams, and developing analytics systems that drive sustainable business growth. Outside of work, you’ll often find me on the ice playing hockey or hiking with my wife and our golden retriever, Buddy.
